What to do before coming
If you are pre/post natal or are experiencing any health issues you should get approval from your doctor before coming to see us. Don’t forget to let us know all about it upon your arrival!
Studio7 Pilates is equiped with a reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel and Exo Chair. Each machine is unique and yet continues to integrate many of the basic exercises as learned on the Mat. Why people choose to work on the equipment or the mat is varied : some like the variation of the exercises while others find accessibility to the machines easier than working on the ground.

Dress in comfortable athletic or casual clothing that will allow you to move freely, barefoot or no-slip socks.

How long is a class?
Each Group Class is 55-minutes.
When does a class package expire?
All of our class package options expire two years from the purchase date.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your missed class will come off of your package.
